rundown and number of attendees in interpreting event

Please advice the tentative rundown and number of attendees likely to participate in the seminar. If in Presentation, Q & A session is limited or conducted afterwards. In Seminar, usually each participant is welcome to speak and Simultaneous interpreter is probably required

We need to check location in advance to ensure whether or not interpreting booth is required
Venue and tentative date and hours would also be good to know for us to allocate personnel / equipment
